There's nothing wrong asking if you're going to return someones set (A set that let me solo through the wastelands and get to 100 hp/ma/mv every tick no mater what) as opposed to posting and bringing a crybaby ass whine onto the forums.

Way to scorecard someone asking if you're returning anything, over a year ago, and trying to even compare it to someone else posting on the forums like its some big evil thing thats never happened before.
