I have shield jab still in the %80's although I have done a ton of solo leveling/training and group tanking. My intel is maxed for an elf since rank 1, so I was wondering if this skill is just one that is slow to learn, or if there is something I might need to do differenet to try to get it learned up. Shield block is a little slow too for that matter. It is still at 99% while I already have shield mastery mastered.

I tried to do a search for any previous discussions about it, but the search function is throwing errors fr me today. Just wanted to see if anyone else had some experience with this.
