Is this legacy based upon percentage of hp left? Or is it just out of how much you have.
For example, would an elf with three hundred hp left have the same amount of help from thelegacy as a dwarf with three hundred hp left, or if that elf had 30% had left would it be the same if the dwarf had 30%?
