I always used to avoid playing Imperials because I didn't like the gank/full loot for donations ethic prior to donation changes. I'm glad to say that characters like Ophanelu, Kostyan, Eoria, Ubosh and many others actually changed my opinion of Empire for the better. It's an awesome cabal due to the well defined roles for the Sects and a gripping political environment.

If Ophanelu came out of nowhere to the majority of the general, non-Empire player base she's probably done an excellent job as a Shadow.

If anyone reading this hasn't played an Imperial yet, I'd seriously recommend doing so.
