I thought for a while. Everyone was saying it was Soul, but I've had Soul twice for a total of around 220 hours, and never saw it fire like that. Meanwhile, I've seen logs where that progged on Zhelrantix fighting, and he didn't even HAVE Soul, just Fires. He did however, have Kasty's tat.
