I think the Outtie/Tribby war might be a little isolated that way, where they are now forces them to cross a fair distance through dangerous terratories. Doesn't matter with Outties so much, as they have enemies all over, but Tribunals needs to get out and about.

Maybe not have them tucked so far north of Arkham, in the middle of a maze, but the region (ie, east of all the other cabals) is okay.
