chilling embrace or trapping beneath thunder

Has anyone had experience with both of these? Am basically just wondering if the dam output from using heavy weapons with tbt is significantly more than that extra dam output from having ce.
I guess the downside of tbt is actually having to always be using heavy weapons...

If you know you will die often, I suggest chilling. If you know you will die rarely, trapping is better, since you can utilize good gear. nt
