Dont really remember the exact numbers, just the effects they do:

Torso - -5-6 str at hero, MUTILATE bleeding on tick

shoulder - -str, -dex, takes normal hits a bit harder

forearm - -str, -dex, hits you normaly a bit less hard

leg - -dex (not sure if -str) dodges less even if the -dex is negated by eq

throat - - str, silence with 0 timer
