Mariner nexus is probably the only thing I'd take mariner again for.

Last I looked stormcalling was broken. Harpoon is "ok" but your creep really suffers off the water pretty much everywhere. Netcasting on the other hand should work really well against ragers. It sure as hell doesn't work against anyone else.
