Do the STSF effects "normally" go away after a certain amount of time or something ~without~ the edge?

Because usually for me, fighting STSF warriors as a melee class I can hold out a bit in the beginning, and then really can't fight them for the rest of my login session without getting pwned and flee-blocked to hell. That's the worst thing, IMO- basically having to run like a puss until the next login session. Shouldn't the charges go away after they fight someone else or after a timeout period (or maybe the do..)?? At least them dying should reset the charges you'd think but I'm fairly certain that isn't even the case.

I thought that was exactly what the edge did, and why it was put in.

I've fought people with it, and fought with it

No, it doesn't go away till they log out, unless that was changed in relation to the edge n/t

They fade for sure.

I had it once and found it really hard to tell. I can only guess it slowed STSF from building- nt
