Granted, they were all deleted the first time probably pre-30. Which could have something to do it. I'd guess they do some purging of old/low level names in the "previously used" bucket. Or else that list would get real real long. Hell I've probably rolled 50-100 characters during my time here. I don't remember barely any of them.
