does resist negative help versus evil weapon or versus evilly aligned creatures?

It is not clear for me from help file:

Syntax: cast 'resist negative'

This spell grants the target a temporary resistance to damage caused by
unholy power. Conjurers may only target themselves with this spell.

Did you test if magic hits it?

trewyn May 14, 2008 03:46PM

Nope. But trust me, it's only vulnerable to the negative. If I could describe the mob you'd understand. nt
