but that wasn't what scrimbul was addressing. Scrimbul was complaining about how to KILL these guys, he said you couldn't do it without sacrificing 1/3rd con for the gear they possess, but this is very wrong.

If you don't know the area and are trying to explore it, I agree, hidden assassinating mobs are giant piles of annoying shit, and will rape you up the ass. But if you know they are around and are trying to get gear from them, its quite simple to avoid the assassination.
