Matraien and I made a perma several years ago. My char was already level 25 (elf sword) and I had another storm warrior at 15. So with three separate characters I powered his human muter to like 28 in under 2 hours, and that included 2 mob deaths in the mausoleum (we went to the maus as soon as he got haste and a bridge groupmate).

It was pretty sick. Elf sword, perfected skills, and with two crusader swords (back when they were one handed) dealing double vuln damage...one of my two best ranking trips ever.

The next session we both hit high 30s and he was still under 5 or 6 hours.
