Using "where" more is not a solution to this sort of attack. The amount of time you'd have to see the guy on where is very negligible. All you'd get is the time it takes for the guy to 1. sneak out of the room, 2. shift into his offense form, 3. sneak back into the room. That's not a lot of time.
