Umm. They're serving a meal, not helping someone kill people. You make it seem as though people would spam this meal command and give someone 30 sanctuary pies to their best ooc friend and let him go rape the world. If a murderer stopped at Mcdonalds, ate his fill then went and killed someone I would not say Mcdonalds helped him kill people. As it currently stands there's not very many people that play Heralds anyway and giving them a power that is actually kinda cool would not throw CF balance into an unrecoverable tailspin. But that's ok.. throw a Santa Zulg post up for something no one gives a shit about.. because that will make CF a better game.
