Wrath:

silver-bladed poleaxe
silver longsword w/ a horshoe pommel (not entirely sure this is "gettable" by a level 25, but it might be)
gleaming silver sword (dirt/disarm)
ornate silver scepter

Acid:

hollow adamantite staff (again, not entirely sure this is gettable by a level 25, but dirt/disarm might do the trick)

Also a decent acidic bite dagger, but it's questy.
