Is rather than people giving exp for a good role, that the role is just the prompt for the imm to watch said person now and then. If they see the role manifesting well, then they can give out some exp. If they don't, they can ignore it. I wouldn't count anything I saw whilst said person knows they are being observed by an imm either.
