Evil spear spec Villagers

I tried searching for anything and really came up with nothing for anything lower strength.

There's not one felar spear spec or arial spear spec village in the graveyard search that had their PBF bought.

Are they just screwed with spear options? Come to think of it, I can't think of anything they can use beyond average 22.
