Scion has Lornis. There's an unaligned evil air/offense guy who I think has partnered with Scion before, but I could be wrong. He does partner with Empire. Outlander has Tangni and one other neutral guy who rarely logs on. If you could non-Yean druids, since they get condor, then add in another guy. Fortress has Kearina, Kalsuul and...uh...seems like there's another one in the 40s, but I forget the name.
