Good:
EXP bonus. I've been thinking about this and I think what I'd do if give any group that doesn't have a "tank" this exp boost permanently. Tanks as a starting point being: warriors, assassins, rangers, defense shifters, bards, good conjies. Also throw in things like evil conjies with imps. :)
More people in mid and low range. Good. Easier to find groups and pks pre hero.
Gear released back in to circulation.
Bad:
Cabals imbalanced, as induction hasn't reached an equilibrium.
Groups swipe all the good gear. The uber geared will probably be even more imbalanced than ever, because they'll have been able to get ALL the gear of their choice.
Hometown populations need to reach equilibrium too.
Level sitters -- far too much prey for them, so it works better than ever.
