Only reason I practiced it as Sulye was that I didn't have savage blow. So it was "sort of" useful for situations where I had someone snared but they were immune (or highly resistant) to bearcharge. But only if I could kill them in ambush + 3 rounds melee, otherwise lash made no difference.

I think I ended up using it like...3 times, but never landed any of the kills.
