I've noticed on a few shifters I've played a bit and on the forums talk about corralation between forms in different tiers. Can someone help confirm or debunk the following:

1) Tier III forms help dictacte Tier I forms. IE, if I get the yellow jacket as Tier III, I will most likely get the Wasp as Tier I
2) Tier II forms dictate what I will NOT get at Tier I. Don't know enough combos, but I remember seeing Zulg say something to this affect on Officials.
