Took healing metamophosis with one of my shifters. It doesn't fire as often as I thought it would... I don't have any idea how much it costs though. Depends on what you're looking to do I guess and if you have regen forms. No regen forms, it might be mildly worth it. But as I remember when it didn't fire, it was a small amount of HP for me.
