There is a sword from seaport that is requestable in the late 20s I believe which fits the description you gave. It's even double vuln against undead.

In the low 30s (depending on your defenses/HP) you can try disarming an ivory-hilted wakizashi.

Use the item search on Dio's and the list on the Wiki. There are plenty of swords that fit your bill.
