I hate it when you get killed by someone, outrank them, and then never get a chance at revenge because they are out of range. Even if they are superiour player you always have the option to just gank them.

Plus rank sitting people normally get to an optimal point for their race/class and then pk alot.

Some people get annoyed by that since pks can disrupt ranking, and any thing thant slows down their march to hero is viewed as annoying.

Combine all three reasons and you get a few really annoyed people.

(personally if there was some sort of speed distension that only affected people you had pked before it would annoy me less)
