I see that a lot of people reccomend leaving these skills at 0 if you do not have shield block


Does everyone agree? Even without it I notice blows being absorbed here and there,

Like, if I was to play an orc I would want every way i could get to absorb some melee damage.


Just thought I'd throw that thought out there to learn something
