Fairly clear which ones you mean, and both are fairly well geared. It might be possible they have limited access or such, since both used to be pretty active consistently. It is the time of year for vacations and such. IF that's it, not such a big deal. If they're playing alts, fine, that's crappy and they should just be purged.

And hell, no rule against pk'ing heralds if you want their gear anyway. May not be easy at times since they can sit in the inn, but can still be done I would think. After all. They're heralds. Not like most of them know how to pk or ever really expect to be pk'd.
