Depends on cabal choice and also on playstyle and game knowledge really.
If you know what armors to get gates of the forge is good on a dwarf since dam reduction with high hp is more valuable.
Riddle is good for most any warrior from what people say, just for the maladictions people like to put on warriors. But you can fall back on hand spec so maybe not as useful to you given the spec choice.
I don't know about some other ones. Harmonious for lag reduction maybe.
Whispers for improved healing, but that is maybe better if you are a more exploration driven character. Not as useful in PK.
Maelstrom is nice, as is enigma in certain situations. Even greeting can work with a dwarf and some enlarge preps.
Fires of adversity might work, since you'll have more hp for it to work with.

Those are the ones I would consider.
Some people may also like landslide and some others, but I don't have much experience with all the legacies. Just look at what sounds good and pick one and then another to compliment it. I think fires gates could be good on a dwarf. You get to that 30% mark with maybe 500 hp, and you have dam redux. So it takes them a while to get you there, and then you fight better when they do.
