The helpfile for greeting doesn't overtly suggest that it's degree of effectiveness relies on anything in particular. To me, that means that greeting is basically just a passive bonus to various aspects of bash. In theory, anyone would see some benefit.

Given that I've seen enlarged arials (for example) bash just fine, I'd think that an enlarged, human-sized warrior with greeting would probably be a pretty solid lagger.
