... is that most of the time, Hell trip's aren't very educational. Even if you're an integral part of the group (healer, voker, etc.), going into Hell behind someone who knows their stuff rarely does much towards making one capable of being able to lead a Hell trip themselves.

When groups b-line right for the equipment or bumrush Satan, it's mostly just one guy hollaring out instructions about what to cast/commune, where to move, etc., or more commonly what NOT to do.

Props are due to a handful of players who actually take the time to explain what is where, what the gotchas of fighting certain mobs are, etc., so that players actually get to the point where they can confidently start to lead on their own.
