Hopefully you are one that will have snare. So you can get sweet sweet revenge later (assuming the guilty parties hero.) Randonly snare them, bring in a little guest, and gang the hell out of him (after all, fair is fair)

I would say getting looted is alright, fulled is annoying, but lower levels I think it is easier to do a decent regear to be competetive with and just reagin stuff through pk's and as you rank better things become easier to get anyway.

Personally I try to avoid pissing off any hiding class without a reason, cause just randomly, some day, they're going to catch you and repay the favor.

Memories run long in CF. And nothing is sweeter than revenge much much later when they don't see it coming.
