At 20 str or less I would practice hook or disarm over weapon breaker, its handy when disarm isn't an option, but very, very unreliable. My 19str warrior would land one in five or six attempts against Velkyn Olath guards when practicing to perfection in the high 90's. Whereas my current (high str) lands half my attempts and WB isn't even perfected yet.
