Resist + Physical Resist and those DEVAs are down to Mutilates. If it's got a/b/s and it's a Scion, i'd say there's a cause for real worry. Whip spec can pull. Landslide spec can drive. There's quite a few builds that can actually manage this build fairly easily i.e Lion/Regen form Tribunal. STSF elf could also do this provided he had a good bit of HP gear on and a secondary legacy to back that HP even more i.e Soul or Cry. Also I don't see many shapeshifters covering more than +10 str/dex so a dagger spec with only a bit of prepping can manage alright I think but it'll be a toss-up, if the skills land he'd good, if not, the fights over real fast with him needing to flee. Still, the only offensive forms I prefer fighting to the Lion are the gator (ice vuln), tiger (barely an offensive form in my books for melee output), and the jaguar (just crap all around from my experience unless a/b/s).

That leaves. . . rhino, wolverine, bear, gorilla all above it in terms of danger threat. It's an ok form. One poster is right in that way back in the day, before legacies, it was bar none the nicest form around of the offense foci. These days it's mediocore at best and limited in what it can do compared to other forms.
