This goes waaay back to an interaction with Shokai while exploring Silent. But basicaly my character attacked Shokai, died (DUH) and my reward for the interaction was that he took a 100+ charge weapon from my corpse and stashed in somewhere in the area. Couple hours of looking later the game crashed and poof went the charges. Take from it what you will.
