I had the same trouble, I tried at least three times but I tried the lazy ways... ( I was searching for carriondashboard.db or whatever the file is called on my computer but it wasn't bringing it up.) When I went to the file path Torak said it wasn't there... but it was. It just doesn't show you automatically you have to type it out. So if you go to your c:\users\YourUserName\AppData\ and actually type that in rather then trying to click on it with your manager you should be able to figure out where it goes by following the rest of his instructions.
