I had it back right when the edge was released for it. It had some interesting perks, like being immune to blindness in certain circumstances, but was definitely middle of the road between offense and defense, doing neither particularly well.

I didn't save any logs, but the pincher attack rarely lagged anybody, and the damage was low with 1-2 attacks per round, so you probably weren't going to kill another player with it unless they were linkdead and already about dead.

I would highly recommend saving the edge points for something more useful in the long run... such as cave fisher or wand attunement edges.
