There's this skill/spell/sup. You can only use it on a timer.....and only on pc's. For ALL of my characters....I focussed on doing it whenever available...but there's lots of times there's just noone to do it on. In my experience, it goes up about a point every 2 hours or so....if I'm WAY lucky.....and never missing one opportunity to do it.

And I just noticed....all of these chars on pbf....with the ability between 95 and 100.....at around 100 hours.....or LESS!

I have to assume I'm doing it wrong....or there's some exploit that lets you spam it that I just don't know about....sigh...
