I've had 3 warriors that went whip/flail first spec. After solo ranking A LOT, I can say that I saw a significant difference between whips and flails. And also in PK as well... Maybe I'm exagerating a bit on the significance of the difference, but in my mind it's pretty noticable.

All skills work identically with whips and flails. There's no noticaelbe difference in parrying with either. All that matters is if your enemy knows one or the other.~
