I'm curious what the general rule for sharing wand location lists is. I have a list of about 70 various locations and I read posts of people who say there are roughly 100 locations per wand, meaning somewhere around 300 total locations. Since I'm far from having 100 locations of each type I've been reaching out in game over the last two years and everyone just lists the same locations I have. My list started by someone sending me a small list in game through a note and I've been building to it ever since. So how do you find new locations or possible locations when people just compare the same lists? I've talked to so many different people IC over the last two years and I think after two years it's time to seek other help.
So back to the original question...Whats the general rule for asking for help outside the game? I dont have any friends that play anymore so I can't go that route, but what about PMs? I've sent a few PMs asking some of the "older" people but they just say "ask in game". Understood but thats not working. In the past six months I've added two new location to my list and fuck mages if I have to learn two locations every six months. I've given more information than gotten lately but PLEASE HELP it's not like I haven't tried.
