I believe it doesnt matter when the herb is gathered, just when it is used and that you use the correct supps/herbs on the correct phase (n/t)

Question about Druid herbs and the moon.

If it's currently a full moon, offensive sups are stronger and curative ones are weaker. Herbs give a seperate bonus that adds with that.
