Cobra, as an utility regen form, can outregen dagger spec maledictions (tested with my human shifter Eral back in the day against a Battle defender dagger spec. Eral won the whittledown and the rager had to retreat). I would imagine that the regen forms can outheal most maledictions, particularly the defense final tier ones. I suppose DOTS, LINES, TRIANGLES or SQUARES outdamage the dagger spec maledictions when stacked and thus the regen forms can't outheal them.
