I haven't had a lot of time these last few months but now that my schedule is clearing up I considered making a 'come back' character. However, the following items have made me hesitate:
-When I think of a mage that sounds fun I remember that II hate finding rods. Without rods mages just feel nerfed to me, true or not.
-General RP is pretty much crap even though most people don't realize it. When all they have to compare RP to is their experience on CF, it is hard to tell. It isn't their fault (usually), just the crappy standards.
-I remember that there are players like Rogue
-When considering playing a warrior, I think of battle. When thinking of battle I am reminded how my vision of battle isn't shared by most people in battle. Despite who is 'right', it makes it frustrating. Maybe I'm just an asshole. I am alright with that.
-I hate regearing. It just isn't fun to me. Its like 'mining' on other games...I never understood how people can tolerate it.
Funny...despite these things I find myself here considering roles anyway. Go figure. I love CF and always will. It is an odd relationship we have. =)
