My (as objective as possible) evaluation of you is as follows.
Suggestion 1: stand out more, be more interesting and likeable
You are a very competent RPer, with excellent roles, but unremarkable at how you play it out. That is to say, you write well, creatively, and with a lot of effort. But it's not just the writing that matters; it's how you play it out. It's how interesting and charismatic you are. Even if your role is godly, if people don't like you or find you interesting, there's a problem. Imms are less inclined to snoop boring characters.
Suggestion 2: Find something you enjoy and stick it out for the long haul.
I've seen many excellent players receive little to no rewards for playing out characters out nearly twice as long as yours. Every pro character I've played next to has been less than a hundred and fifty hours. Many of my characters hit between 250-300 hours and get nothing but some imm exp and maybe a custom title. Imms are more inclined to give attention to established characters. It's easy to understand why; suppose you spend something like 5 hours over a week or two snooping lowbie follower X with a good role, you see him do some pretty cool stuff and you interact with him and reward him. And then he deletes two days later. All that time and effort wasted, could have gone to someone else who's been waiting a lot longer for some imm attention.
Suggestion 3: PICK AN EXISTING IMM AND ACTIVELY FOLLOW HIM/HER/IT
If you don't pick an imm to follow, you are about half as likely to get imm attention as someone who does make an effort to be religious. All the imms have limited amounts of time. Most of the active ones have difficulty giving even just all their followers attention. If you are not part of a cabal, expect less imm attention as well. If you do not pick an imm OR a cabal to join, I will be extremely astonished if you get any positive imm attention at all. I also think that the "sphere" command is a big part of it, too, but that's just a guess, I have no idea how that shit works. As far as I can tell, you're more likely to get imm attention if you have a role under the sphere of an active imm.
The last two pro characters I played with I believe were not religious. Or if they were religious, they hid it well.
