A few years ago was the last time I played regularly and I seem to recall getting the imm exp for having a role and such pretty quickly when I entered one. I've played a couple characters lately, not for any serious time, but haven't gotten that ping. Some other players are commenting that they have been in the same boat.

Have the requirements become more stringent? Do they hand that out less frequently?

Please don't take this as an opportunity to bitch about it. I am grateful if I get it and not all that worried if I don't.
