Fundamentaly change how the upper half of the game is handed out. Instead of forcing immteraction for positive gains, allow elder/hero players control all inductions, leader positions, etc. Use NEGATIVE reinforcement when straying from roles, ooc'ing, or being a bad leader. I think to much is required of IMMs to advance the game along which can cause a lot of problems that we see occuring due to burnout, biases, and absences. Perhaps everyone would have more fun if almost everything was open to everyone as long as keep yourself civil and within RP.
