Cabal wars are weird

There's been a fort based imbalance for a long time at
Hero. However, when I followed the outcome of some fighting
the other day, fort seemed to have the cabal items but also
fort were the ones dying.

Other cabals couldn't retrieve against fortlander, but fortlander
People were falling when retrievals were attempted.
