Academy does not count against your wilderness time.

IIRC they also said the Inn of the Eternal Star also does not count against your wilderness time.

What Pro seems to be incapable of understanding is that just because it "doesn't count against your wilderness time" doesn't mean it won't degrade your wilderness comfort while there. Why? It's a percentage based system. One can look at a few PBFs and see what types of %s are recorded. For reference they are:

Wilderness
Cities
Inn of the Eternal Star

Random Pick: Nreisshe

Wilderness: 91%
Cities: 1%
Inn: 0%

You'll note that 91% + 1% does not equate to 100%. I think it is safe to assume (partially based on my own testing of the mechanic, though much as Pro's is not 100% conclusive, neither is mine. Such is the case for those who can't see the code) that "everything else" falls into that missing 8%. That "everything else" does not count AGAINST your wilderness time in the same way that cities time has a direct negative affect.

It's kind of like the vuln/resist/protection argument of old or the "ragers save vs. transumter" argument.
