And I quote "And fun takes 2nd place to game mechanics once again. How disappointing. (n/t)"
Way to start the asshole trend in a otherwise constructive argument.
"I was just tweaking you with it because you were being a fucking twat." -> Right back at you.
On a much lighter note, you're stating that counting "ticks" is ridiculous - why should anyone go to that extent to pk, when pking involves the dangers of RNG (not exclusively)? Pking also involves being successful and using game mechanics to win (game mechanics being using what skills when, counting ticks, finding and using strong items, etc.) Given that this thread was started, and continues to be, about learning how to PK [with an assassin], I responded within the scope of what was requested, except in a general fashion that is attributable to knowing how to pk in general. The only difference between pking with an assassin and with a necromancer is the different types of skills/protection/etc., but fundamentally, it's the same (counting ticks, etc.)
Once again, if you think my advice is ridiculous and disappointing, by all means ignore it. Don't take a potshot without expecting one back.
