Detect invis (post lvl 17 or so) - all south, all west of Galadon. Barter high value armor for diluted venom. Nice high level detect invis. Galadon cityguard shields to barter are a good start.

teleport, invis, cure serious - galadon sewers, requires water breathing to get. From entrance: dswwnwdeenesdwwne... Look for north through water, stay west after that, dark-elf priestess has the key, potion on ground.

return - wizard in galadon

cure blindness - Galadon apothecary

Don't suppose you need much else in the low levels. Race/class would help for suggesting gear. Can PM if you prefer. I don't know how to gear mages, but anything else I have some good lists.
